These terms are the agreement between you and Career Caddie when you use our site or buy from us. We've kept them plain. By using the site or purchasing, you agree to them.
Career Caddie improves your job-search materials: we hone your resume to a specific target role, give you an honest readiness score, and provide interview preparation. Everything is built from the real experience you provide — we never invent employers, dates, degrees, metrics, or credentials.
We improve your job-search process. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any specific outcome. No one honestly can, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Prices are shown on the site and charged securely through Stripe. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the product or subscription you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time as described below.
Career Caddie delivers digital products (your resume, scorecard, and interview prep) that are produced and delivered quickly, so all sales are final. Instead of refunds, we stand behind the work: if something in your kit isn't right, reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we'll revise it at no charge until it is.
Green Fees (monthly subscription). Cancel any time — reply to any delivery email or email ceo@businesscaddiehq.com and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. No cancellation fees. We don't refund partial months, but if we failed to deliver a refresh you paid for that month, that month is refunded in full.
Use our site and services only for lawful purposes. Don't misuse them, attempt to disrupt them, infringe others' rights, or submit content you don't have the right to submit.
Our site, branding, templates, and materials are ours and are protected by law. Anything you upload or provide stays yours — you grant us only the limited permission needed to deliver your service. The finished work product we create for you is yours to use once paid for.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties we haven't expressly made here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Career Caddie's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We're a small business doing honest work — not an insurer of outcomes outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
