Caddie’s takeReal firepower here, but your wins read as duties, not results. Add the numbers you already know and this score moves.
What lands in your inbox.
Everything is built from what you send us: your resume, the role you want, and the wins you add. Nothing gets invented to fill a gap. If a line would be stronger with a number we don’t have, we leave it out and tell you which one to add.

01
Your resume, rebuilt for the role
Rewritten around the job you named and sent as a clean one-column PDF: standard headings, no tables or text boxes. Every role from the last fifteen years and every school stays on it, and a short note tells you what we changed and why.
-
02
A Readiness Scorecard
A score out of 100 across five categories: resume strength, role alignment, proof of impact, experience depth, and market readiness. Each gets a plain reason, then the three moves to make this week. Sent as a PDF you can keep.
-
03
Interview prep for that job
Up to six questions you’re likely to face, why each comes up for someone with your background, and how to answer from your own history. Then the practical parts: what to wear, what to bring, and how to follow up.

Seven days to ask for changes
If something reads wrong, reply to the kit email within a week and we revise it. No charge, no forms.
Same work. Said like it counts.
Most resumes list duties. Hiring managers look for results. We turn the first into the second, using only what you actually did.
- Responsible for managing client accounts and relationships.
- Helped improve team processes and reporting.
- Worked to grow revenue in my territory.
- Managed 40+ client accounts, holding 94% retention across two renewal cycles.
- Rebuilt weekly reporting, cutting prep time from 6 hours to 90 minutes.
- Grew territory revenue 22% year over year by re-prioritizing the top 15 accounts.
Illustrative example. The wording shows the method; it isn’t a real customer’s resume.
The numbers come from you. If you don’t give us a figure, we don’t make one up.
Three steps. No calls.
You don’t book anything or wait on a person to get to you. You send the material once and the kit is built from it.

Your resume and scorecard arrive as two PDFs, with your interview prep in the email itself. Most kits land within two hours.
Start with the kit. Add the Sundays if you want them.
Every option is paid once. Nothing bills you again, and if the kit isn’t right you have a week to tell us and we fix it.
The kit
- Your resume, rebuilt for the role
- Readiness Scorecard, with three next moves
- Interview prep for that exact job
- Seven days of free revisions
The bundle
- Everything in the Iron kit
- Plus four Sundays of The Range, from the same upload
- One form, one payment, $9 less than buying both
The weekly drip
- Four Sunday-morning emails
- Up to five roles a week, posted that week, in your area
- Each scored against your resume, with a cover letter written only from it
- Never a repeat; a week with nothing worth sending doesn’t use a Sunday
After you pay you go straight to one short upload form. Paid through Stripe: checkout says “Business Caddie,” and your statement reads CADDIE* CAREER KIT, BAG or RANGE.
When your four Sundays are up, your last Range email offers four more for $15. It’s a link, not a renewal. Listings can close without notice, and we never promise interviews or offers.
Why not just ask a free chatbot?
You can, and plenty of people do. Here is what you’d be doing yourself, honestly laid out.
| What you get | A free chatbot, on your own | Career Caddie |
|---|---|---|
| Formatting | Hands back text. You build the document and hope it parses. | A finished one-column PDF, laid out the way screening software reads best. |
| Honesty | Tends to tell you it looks great. | A real score out of 100, with your weakest category named. |
| Made-up details | Will invent numbers and titles if you don’t catch it. | Written only from what you send. A second pass reviews the draft, and an automatic check holds back any kit that doesn’t match your resume. |
| The interview | Only what you think to ask for. | Likely questions for that role, answers drawn from your history, and what to wear and bring. |
| Your time | An evening of prompting and re-prompting. | Five minutes of uploading. |
Read the course. Tell the truth about the lie. Hand them the right club. Never promise the ball goes in.
If your resume comes back a 63, we say 63 and tell you what gets it to 80. A flattering score costs you weeks of silence from employers.
We don’t promise interviews, offers, or a job. No honest service can. We’re also new, so you won’t find testimonials here yet. When real customers say we can share their words, they’ll go up with their names.
Questions people ask first.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two hours after you send the upload form. Every kit goes through a final automatic check before it’s sent. If yours doesn’t pass, it’s held back for a person to look at rather than sent as is, and if it’s still held 12 hours later, we email you to say so.
Why does checkout say Business Caddie?
Career Caddie is run by Business Caddie, a small Texas company. Payments go through its Stripe account, so the checkout page shows that name and your card statement reads CADDIE* CAREER KIT.
Is this written by AI?
Yes. An AI model writes the draft using only your resume and what you tell us. A second AI pass reviews it against strict rules, starting with “never invent a job, date, title, or number,” and an automatic check confirms that every employer and your contact details match what you sent.
No check is perfect, so read your kit before you send it out. If any line claims more than you did, reply within seven days and we fix it.
What’s an ATS, and does my resume get past it?
An applicant tracking system is the software many employers use to read and sort resumes before a person does. Columns, tables, text boxes, and images can scramble on import. Your resume comes back as a one-column PDF with standard headings and none of those, and it uses the terms the role calls for where they’re true of you. No one can guarantee how a particular employer’s system ranks you.
What if something looks off?
Reply to your kit email within seven days and tell us what to change. We revise it free. Because each kit is built to order and delivered right away, sales are final, so we fix the work instead of refunding it.
Do I get job listings or cover letters?
Not with the Iron kit. It’s built around the one role you name: the resume, the score, and the interview prep. We don’t search job listings or write cover letters for it.
Do you guarantee an interview?
No. We make your materials sharper and tell you honestly where you stand. Be careful with anyone who guarantees a job or an interview.
What happens to my resume?
We use it to build your kit and for nothing else. We don’t sell it or post it anywhere, and we delete working copies if you ask. The details are in the privacy policy.
